This is a full-time on-site role for a Comfort Advisor located in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina area. The Comfort Advisor will be responsible for consulting with customers to determine their HVAC needs, delivering personalized recommendations, and providing estimates. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities to improve comfort and energy efficiency, negotiating and closing sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The role also involves attending training sessions, staying updated on industry trends and products, and working closely with the service and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proven sales experience, customer service skills, and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, energy efficiency solutions, and residential comfort needs
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to individual customer needs
- Experience with CRM software or other customer management tools is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced certifications or training in HVAC or related fields are advantageous
