We have a fulltime, Monday-Friday position open (8am-4pm) and a part-time weekend and afternoon position open (8am-12pm on Saturday/Sundays and 3pm-7pm on Monday and Tuesdays).

Dishwashers do receive a portion of pooled tips.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Dishwasher to join our vibrant culinary team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment by thoroughly washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Your efforts ensure that our kitchen operates smoothly, food safety standards are upheld, and our team can focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning techniques and tools.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper sanitation protocols are followed at all times.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables, organizing supplies, and supporting the kitchen staff as needed.
• Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware and utensils are clean and ready for use.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely turnover of dishes during busy service hours.
• Follow all food handling safety procedures to uphold hygiene standards across the kitchen environment.
• Help unloading/loading of deliveries.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a fast-paced setting.
