Overview
RAMP and ServSafe certifications required prior to hire (can be obtained online).
Weekends are required. This will be primarily an 11am-6pm/8pm shift.
This is a fast-paced, demanding position requiring the ability to multi-task and work efficiently. You will be on your feet for 8 hours.

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries at the front counter, ensuring a friendly and professional experience
- Process transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering skills, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front area, including counters, display spaces, and customer waiting areas
- Provide information about products and food items available.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism, seeking prompt resolution
- Support team members with basic administrative tasks such as inventory
- Function and contribute to a TEAM atmosphere. Teamwork is a requirement of the position.
- Ability to complete opening and/or closing checklist items to ready the store/restaurant for service.
Experience
- Previous food service or hospitality experience is highly preferred to understand guest service standards
- Strong customer service skills are essential for creating positive interactions and building rapport
- Experience in cleaning or maintaining a tidy environment supports our commitment to cleanliness standards
- Basic math proficiency is necessary for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Prior cashiering experience helps ensure smooth payment procedures and accurate change management
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
