As Post-Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee workflows for hundreds of editors, ensuring they hit crucial ROI targets — while developing exceptional leaders across the department. Your exceptional taste and creative judgment will set quality standards across all deliverables. - Develop Lead Editors into confident managers who inspire performance while upholding quality

- Engineer scalable workflows that maximize productivity and optimize resource allocation across hundreds of team members
- Implement performance tracking systems that ensure consistent ROI delivery across all client campaigns
