As Post-Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee workflows for hundreds of editors, ensuring they hit crucial ROI targets — while developing exceptional leaders across the department. Your exceptional taste and creative judgment will set quality standards across all deliverables. This business-critical role combines operational excellence with people leadership: you’ll build both efficient systems and high-performing teams.

• Develop Lead Editors into confident managers who inspire performance while upholding quality
• Coach teams to excel under pressure, balancing aggressive timelines with creative excellence
• Apply your superior creative judgment to maintain exceptional quality standards at scale
• Engineer scalable workflows that maximize productivity and optimize resource allocation across hundreds of team members
• Implement performance tracking systems that ensure consistent ROI delivery across all client campaigns
