This role directly manages a Community Coordinator and works closely with the Senior Director of Community & Partnerships to translate brand strategy into well-executed, on-brand experiences across key U.S. markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Events & Activation

- Serve as on-site lead and primary brand representative at all events
- Own all event logistics, timelines, run-of-show documents, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution
- Manage event budgets, track spend, submit invoices, and partner with accounting on reconciliation
- Maintain event calendar and proactively identify new opportunities aligned with brand strategy
- Partner with the Content Team to ensure photo and video capture at every activation
- Partner with Operations and Customer Service on product, sampling, and logistics for each event
- Maintain and organize marketing event inventory including decor, signage, and event assets
People Management
- Directly manage and develop the Community Coordinator, including delegation of tasks, day-of support, and ongoing coaching
- Lead the coordination of charitable giving initiatives alongside the Community Coordinator (product donations, volunteer coordination, day-of production)
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Operations, Customer Service, and community partners to align on execution, timelines, and deliverables
- Contribute to pre- and post-event reporting including recaps, performance metrics, and internal communications
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 3 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, influencer marketing, or community/brand activations — consumer brand experience strongly preferred
- Proven project management skills with the ability to run multiple events simultaneously, on time and on budget
- Experience managing or mentoring direct reports or junior team members
- Act as the day-to-day in-office leader and resource for the Community team, partnering closely with the remote Senior Director of Community to ensure strong communication, team support, alignment on priorities, and seamless execution across initiatives.
- Natural connector — makes friends everywhere they go, whether that's a new venue contact, a brand partner, or a volunteer. Treats vendors like collaborators, not just contractors, and builds relationships that make every event run smoother
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational instincts
- Strong eye for brand aesthetic, experience design, and on-trend activations
- Social media savvy with a solid understanding of content capture needs
- Calm under pressure — able to problem-solve quickly in fast-paced, live event environments
- Confident and comfortable representing the brand in social and group settings
- strongly preferred
