Production Field Coordinator(Roofing)

TTLC Inc. is a local Construction and Roofing Company. We are licensed, bonded, and insured.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, organized, and hardworking individual to join our team as a full-time Production Field Coordinator. This position works both in the field and office and supports our Production Department with the day-to-day coordination and completion of roofing, siding, and other construction projects.

The job is located at 23736 W 119th St, Plainfield, IL.

Responsibilities of the Production Field Coordinator include:

• Support the Production Department in the field and office with scheduling, job completion, supplements, reports, Certificates of Completion (COCs), and other production-related tasks.
• Schedule final walkthroughs and assist in ensuring projects are completed properly and on time.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding their projects, scheduling, paperwork, outstanding items, and other project-related matters.
• Collect customer checks, paperwork, and other required documents when necessary.
• Pick up, drop off, and dump company dump trailers according to the production schedule.
• Submit dump tickets to Accounting immediately and ensure each ticket includes the correct PO number, per company procedures, including required photos.
• Visit and inspect job sites to ensure the proper materials have been delivered and are available for the project.
• Pick up extra or leftover materials from job sites and return them to the designated location at the TTLC yard or properly place them into inventory.
• Ensure company processes and procedures regarding job execution are being followed.
• Immediately report any job order discrepancies or issues to the appropriate department.
• Help maintain company trucks, trailers, equipment, and other production assets.
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and professional work environment, including job sites, vehicles, equipment, and company facilities.

Requirements:

• Construction, roofing, production, or field coordination experience is preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work both in the field and office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and responsibilities at the same time.
• Comfortable visiting active construction and roofing job sites.
• Ability to perform physical duties associated with the position, including handling materials and equipment as required.
• Valid driver's license and a clean/acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable driving company trucks and hauling or moving dump trailers.
• Ability to follow detailed company procedures and properly document work performed.
• Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance when interacting with customers, vendors, crews, and coworkers.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently when necessary.
• Must be willing to assist with different responsibilities as production needs change.

TTLC Inc. is looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, stays organized, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help our Production Department keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
