Responsibilities
- Prepare and remit specialized client invoicing.
- Gathering documentation for client invoices.
- Resolving billing issues with input from Project Managers.
- Provide internal and external customer service related to the account receivable functions.
- Contact delinquent clients with collection requests.
- Other special projects as assigned.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office software, particularly MS Excel.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing
- Ability to multi-task and think independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Quick books or Vision accounting software knowledge is beneficial.
