Senior Aerospace FAI & Quality InspectorLocation: Enfield, CTType: 100% OnsiteSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMType of Contract: 12 Months - Temp Pay Rate: $37/h - $40/h OTN Position Summary: We are hiring a Senior Aerospace Quality Inspector to lead complex inspections, support failure analysis, and contribute to corrective/preventive actions. This role requires strong experience with FAI, customer quality requirements, and advanced inspection tools.Key Responsibilities:Lead and perform complex FAIs for customer submissionReview technical drawings and validate complianceInvestigate non-conformances and support root-cause documentationUse advanced inspection tools: calipers, micrometers, ring/pin gages, comparatorsManage customer portals (Net-Inspect preferred)Support internal audits and quality system complianceCollaborate with engineering and production leadershipMentor junior inspectors as neededBasic Qualifications:4–6 years of aerospace/defense inspection experienceStrong background in FAI, NCRs, and QA documentationWorking knowledge of AS9100 requirementsExperience with customer portals (Net-Inspect preferred)Blueprint interpretation and measurement skillsEnglish fluency (reading, writing, verbal)Lean/Six Sigma exposure is a plusLeadership or team-lead experience is a bonusPreferred Qualifications:Proficiency with Net-Inspect.Working knowledge of Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing principles.1-3 years of supervisory experience (preferred but not required). ttg Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and recruiting agency.
