As they continue expanding their reach across North America, they are looking for a passionate Food Service Sales Representative to help drive business development efforts in the foodservice sector, with a focus on national and regional accounts—including restaurant chains and distributors.
This is a prime opportunity for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in building long-term client relationships and surpassing ambitious revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure new national and regional foodservice accounts throughout the U.S. and Canada.
- Strategically grow a portfolio of mid-to-large-sized restaurant groups and distributors.
- Deliver strong sales growth, targeting $10M in new business in the first year and aiming to double that figure by year two.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service and tailored product solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company-wide objectives and strategic growth plans.
- Report to the Director of Sales and contribute to ongoing business strategy development.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, ideally supported by formal sales or management training.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales (foodservice, hospitality, or CPG experience preferred but not required).
- Proven track record in developing new client relationships and managing strategic accounts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Creative problem-solver with a resilient and driven attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
