About the Role We are seeking an entry-level Process Engineer to join the formulation team supporting the development of orally inhaled pharmaceutical products. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
The role involves learning and supporting formulation, process setup, and basic manufacturing operations under the guidance of senior engineers — ensuring strict adherence to GMP, EH&S, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support formulation and manufacturing activities such as powder blending, mixing, and blister filling.
- Assist with setup, operation, and cleaning of formulation and packaging equipment.
- Collect, document, and summarize experimental and process data accurately.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting under supervision to ensure process consistency.

- Participate in process improvement studies and experimental design under guidance.
- Adhere to all safety, EH&S, and quality system requirements.
Qualifications Education (Required):

- Candidates with Pharmacy or Biology degrees may be considered if they have formulation or process experience in pharma (not device design).
Experience:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or closely related process environments.
- Internship or academic lab experience involving unit operations, mass balance, or process design is highly valued.
