Business Development Representative – West TX & NM
Location: El Paso, TX (up to 75% regional travel) | Full-Time
About the Role
Our client is a technology-driven insurance distribution platform supporting independent health and life insurance agents. The Business Development Representative will drive growth across West Texas and New Mexico by recruiting and onboarding independent agencies and top producers.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard insurance agencies and producers across the territory
- Travel up to 75% to build relationships and close partnerships
- Present the platform’s value: compensation, leads, marketing tools, and support
- Support onboarding and partner success in collaboration with internal teams
- Meet or exceed regional growth and production targets
Qualifications
- Business development or territory sales experience (insurance required)
- Existing agency/producer network in West TX or NM is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Willing to travel extensively
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
