$80k-$100K plus up to 70% of salary in commission/Bonus
About the Opportunity
Join a well-established leader in the fast-paced Fresh & Frozen Seafood market, known for delivering high-quality products across the U.S. and Canada. This organization is fueled by a fully integrated supply chain and strategic global partnerships. Our client is seeking a driven Sales Representative/ Account Manager - Food Services to expand their footprint in the food service industry, focusing on national and regional accounts including restaurant chains and distributors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new food service markets across the U.S. and Canada.
- Target and acquire mid-to-large-sized restaurant chains and foodservice distributors.
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of new clients, aiming to generate over $10M in new sales in the first year and double that in the second.
- Establish long-term client relationships through professional sales techniques and superior customer service.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales goals with broader company objectives.
- Report directly to the Director of Sales for the U.S. office and contribute to high-level business strategies.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within the foodservice or seafood sectors (preferred but not required).
- Open to recent college grads with sales presents and the ability to be articulate.
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships with corporate clients.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset with creative thinking and adaptability.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A resilient, driven personality with a hunger for exceeding sales targets.
