Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of formulations (solutions, suspensions, propellant-based systems) for inhalation therapies.
- Support lab-scale batch preparations and participate in scaling-up activities.
- Collaborate with senior scientists and cross-functional teams during development and manufacturing phases.
- Document experimental procedures, observations, and results in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Maintain accurate lab records and contribute to the drafting of protocols and reports.
- Operate standard laboratory equipment and maintain a safe, clean working environment in line with EH&S policies.
- Participate in troubleshooting formulation issues and supporting continuous improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutics, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with formulation processes and handling of laboratory instruments.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory documentation.
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exposure to inhalation dosage forms (MDI, DPI, nasal spray) is a plus.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative lab environment.
