Aerospace Quality Inspector Location: Enfield, CTType of Work: In Office (100% Onsite)Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMType of Contract: Temporary 12 Months (with potential extension based on performance)Pay Rate: Based on ExperienceDescription: We are seeking experienced Aerospace Quality Inspectors (mid-level and senior-level) for a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. The inspector will support quality assurance and control efforts, ensuring products meet stringent standards and industry regulations. You will assist with investigations of non-conformances, perform failure analysis, and contribute to corrective/preventive actions while learning and applying Quality Management System (QMS) principles.Responsibilities and Duties:Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) for customer submissions.Analyze engineering drawings and documentation for quality conformance.Identify product non-conformances and support root cause investigations.Use precision measuring tools including calipers, comparators, and pin/ring gauges.Support quality compliance, documentation, and internal audit readiness.Navigate customer portals and meet external quality requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and production.Requirements:2–6 years of relevant aerospace inspection experienceHands-on experience with FAI and QA procedures.Familiarity with AS9100 standards and quality systems.Proficient with tools like Net-Inspect (preferred).Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications.Basic computer skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.High school diploma or equivalent required.Fluency in English (verbal and written).Understanding of Six Sigma / Lean principles is a plus.Leadership or mentoring experience is a bonus. ttg Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and recruiting agency.
