Location: Cedar Lake, IN (Field-Based)

Pay: $60,000–$65,000 Base Performance Bonus

Job Summary

We're on the hunt are for an experienced Project Manager with a background in roofing and/or siding to manage residential exterior projects from start to completion.

This role is field-based and customer-facing, serving as the primary point of contact on-site while leading crews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring each project is completed on time and to company standards.

IMPORTANT: This role requires direct roofing and/or siding experience. Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main on-site contact for homeowners, building trust and managing expectations
• Oversee projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Conduct job site inspections to maintain high workmanship standards
• Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates and resolve issues
• Utilize company CRM and in-field technology to track progress, photos, and documentation
• Step in hands-on when needed to support crews and keep projects on track
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company processes
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams for a seamless customer experience

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Direct experience in roofing and/or siding (REQUIRED)
• Experience in project management, construction management, or crew leadership
• Ability to be hands-on in the field when needed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile field technology
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
