The Talent Acquisition Specialist I (TAS I) assists in the hiring process at a Sales Delivery Center. He/she works closely with Tempe Talent Acquisition Team to coordinate recruiting efforts as needed. Works to ensure hiring goals are met by providing a professional hiring experience to candidates. This may include screening with a candidate as they arrive to the center, completing reference checks, background checks, drug tests, screening resumes and applications scheduling onsite interviews, and completing paperwork for each individual hire. While TAS I functions as part of the Talent Acquisition team, he/she is responsible for aggressive individual recruiting goals which are monitored constantly. TAS I must be able to quickly adapt plans and shift directions in order to meet changing client requirements.

What You’ll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service with talking with candidates about the TTEC experience, review applications, input data into ATS (Taleo), administer testing online, review AI prescreens and sending timely correspondence
- Assist Recruiter with achieving 100% of assigned recruiting targets
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting tasks associated with each campaign ramp, on time and on target
- Aid with preparing recruitment reports as well as all weekly/monthly recruiting reports. (Time management, efficiency, urgency, accountability)
- Learn key business objectives, timeframes and legal requirements associated with each new campaign.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of Talent Acquisition policies and procedures.
- Screen, interview, and process candidates onsite
- Adapt quickly to any changes in the process
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written, total process understanding, detailed-oriented, focus and teamwork
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the current process and communicating their ideas to their TA Manager regularly.
- Support TTEC’s Employee Referral Program by encouraging employees to recommend friends and colleagues for positions. This might include walking the floors and engaging employees to solicit referrals. (Influence, persuasion)

- Strong attention to detail
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, call center, sourcing or screening
- Experience with Excel and web-based applications
- Effectiveness and growth training: Continuous improvement in confidence, conversion rates, and candidate experience
- Data-Driven Coaching Support: Talent Acquisition is directly informed of sales quality insights that drive higher performance
- Seamless Collaboration: Alignment between Talent Acquisition, Sales Operations, Quality, Analytics, and other Enablement teams to ensure a holistic approach to new hire’s success
