Job Summary:
Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent - Remote USA
About the Role:
You'll be a part of bringing humanity to business as a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent working remotely with TTEC. This role requires resolving escalated or complex calls from customers, providing answers, consulting on products with compassion, and resolving issues with a smile.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Some upselling of products or services to existing customers may be required
Requirements:
- Active Property and Casualty License
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recognize, apply and explain product or service knowledge
- Integrity to follow guidelines on maintaining members' privacy
- Computer experience
- High speed internet (>25 mbps)
