We have an immediate need for a Business Planning Administrator in our Hidalgo, Texas facility.
Position Summary: Provides clerical and administrative support to the business planning department and top management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business or in related field (Business, Accounting or Finance).
- Fluent in Japanese and English (read, write, speak)
Primary Position Responsibilities:
- Create and modify short term and long term budget
- Create and modify company’s business plan
- Perform general analysis of financial statements
- Assist Cost Accounting database management
- Accurately complete reports and presentations
- Analyze operational data and create variance report to top management.
- Reconcile data discrepancies and correct errors of all related areas.
- Participate in meetings to track management’s direction and to ensure that it is in line with the Company’s motives.
- Communicate and Coordinate corporate strategic business plan to all departments
- Communicate with Parent Company in Japan and in U.S.
- Monitor and track facility operations, performances, projects and status of operation.
- Coordinate schedule and gather/check all business plan
- Coordinate evaluation meeting for Improvement Plan
- Support SQCD OE survey and other related activities
- Coordinate projects as assigned by executive president or manager.
- Flexibility to travel to manufacturing plants in Nuevo Laredo and Matamoros, Mexico
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in Japanese (read, write and speak) with ability to translate.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills required.
- High Proficiency with PC skills. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills
