🚨 Now Hiring: Scientist – Immunology & Translational Biology

📍 Location: Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA – 100% Onsite

💼 Duration: 12 months potential extension

💰 Pay: $63–$73/hr W2

👩 🔬 Level: Intermediate Scientist

TSR Consulting is seeking a Scientist to join an Immunology & Translational Biology team supporting in vivo CAR-T programs across autoimmune diseases and oncology.

🔬 Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on laboratory research and bench experiments
• Run multicolor flow cytometry (7 colors) and analyze data
• Perform tissue culture, tissue processing, and ex vivo experiments
• Support in vivo study takedowns and downstream tissue/cell analysis
• Develop and execute live-cell killing/cytotoxicity assays
• Use platforms such as IncuCyte for functional assays
• Independently analyze experimental data and communicate findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in program meetings
• Maintain strong documentation and organization of experimental work

✅ Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree 3–5 years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree 5–7 years
• 2 years of hands-on multicolor flow cytometry experience
• Experience running 7 color flow cytometry panels
• Hands-on tissue/cell culture and processing experience
• Experience with live-cell killing/cytotoxicity assays
• Ability to independently design, execute, and analyze experiments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

⭐ Preferred

• FlowJo experience
• Experience with BD Symphony, NovoCyte, or Attune
• CAR-T, primary cell, or PBMC experience
• Transfection, transduction, electroporation, or LNP experience
• Experience supporting in vivo studies

⚠️ Please note: This is a highly hands-on laboratory position. Candidates should be interested in continuing to work predominantly at the bench.
