Role Overview
The Manager, Retail Development, Global Products & Experiences is responsible for executing retail strategies that drives sell-in of licensed merchandise across key retail partners. This role manages day-to-day relationships with retailers and licensees, ensures strong in-store execution, and supports the growth of the brands through compelling consumer product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage relationships with retail partner and licensees to drive sell-in and sell-through of licensed products across key hardlines categories including Sporting Goods, Bullseyes Playground, Food & Beverage and Essentials & Beauty.
• Execute retail strategies across category responsibilities
• Monitor retail performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and distribution
• Partner with licensing category teams to support product launches and retail activations in partnership with licensees
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all licensed products and retail placements
• Conduct store visits and retail audits to ensure merchandising standards are met and identify new opportunities
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, category, franchise) to support campaigns

• Experience working with licensed brands or retail partnerships preferred

Experience
• Experience in retail, licensing, consumer products, or business development
• Bachelors degree
• Working knowledge of entertainment, categories and/or retail industry a plus
