We are looking for an experienced Facilities Drafter (MEP AutoCAD) to support projects in a semiconductor manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll work with engineers and project teams to create, update, and maintain AutoCAD drawings showing buildings, equipment, and facility systems.
You’ll spend your time working with technical drawings, making updates as projects change, and making sure drawings are accurate, organized, and easy for the team to use. This job is a good fit for someone who is strong with AutoCAD, can read and understand building drawings and blueprints, and has experience working in or around semiconductor or manufacturing facilities.

FACILITIES DRAFTER AT TSP TYPICALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, revise, and maintain mechanical, electrical, chemical, gas, and architectural drawings using AutoCAD
- Prepare schematic designs and design development plans in collaboration with the team
- Coordinate with external engineering firms and provide facility plans as needed
- Interpret building drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Perform BIM audits of external design firm drawings to ensure compliance with customer standards
- Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for project workflows while adhering to company standards
- Partner with engineering teams to update fab and sub-fab layouts
- Develop “what-if” design scenarios to support engineering analysis
- Update as-built drawings and maintain the master database in Meridian
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to support project execution
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project requirements
- Support facility maintenance, upgrades, and construction documentation
- Assist with drafting updates for semiconductor manufacturing systems and layouts
- Maintain accurate records and organized drawing archives
- Experience in MEP and or architectural drafting
- Experience supporting large facility projects from design development through as-built documentation
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Familiarity with document management systems
- Ability to read and interpret building drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, quick learner with effective time management skills
- Pay: up to $35.00 per hour W2 benefits
