Position Summary

The BCBA is responsible for providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, including conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising staff, and monitoring client progress. The role ensures that interventions are evidence-based, ethical, and tailored to meet the developmental and behavioral needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, PEAK, Vineland, QABF, MAS, FAST, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret client data to guide treatment decisions and track progress.
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure skill generalization across environments.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards, state regulations, and payer/managed care requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and supervision hours.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing; state licensure if required.
  • Experience conducting ABA assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising staff.
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and clinical decision-making.
  • Knowledge of IBHS, managed care, and regulatory compliance preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
