Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, hands-on ABA therapy and support to clients
- Actively coach and develop Behavior Technicians through regular engagement
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans for early learners
- Split time between our modern clinic facility and partner schools
- Deliver constructive feedback to team members with kindness and respect
- Conduct assessments using VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and other tools
- Maintain approximately 100-120 billable hours monthly with balanced scheduling
- Full-time position
- Clinic hours: Daytime only, no nights or evenings
- Structured administrative time built into schedule
- Balanced caseload allowing for quality client care
- Current BCBA certification or possible consideration for a BCBA I position if about to take final exam
- Master's Degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Enthusiasm for hands-on client work and BT development
- Strong coaching and feedback skills
- Experience with assessment tools and data analysis
- Competitive salary: $75,000 - $91,000 based on experience
