DUTIES: Responsible for assisting with dispatching rule development and RTD (Real Time Display) system set-up in the Manufacturing Planning Group. Responsibilities include: 1) working with Planning, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and IT groups and HQ (headquarters) to develop and customize HQ dispatching rules to meet Fab 11 requirements; 2) analyzing data and adjusting system as needed; 3) monitoring transfer of KPI (Key Performance Indices); 4) working with Manufacturing on tool prioritizing and dispatching; 5) performing projects to improve dispatching with CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) team.
REQUIREMENTS: Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering and two (2) years of experience in a related position. Senior level manufacturing engineering experience in a semiconductor manufacturing facility; and Experience with tool dispatching and CIM (computer integrated manufacturing). Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.

SALARY: $112,000 - $135,480 per year
