What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Equipment Engineer position at TSMC Washington?
DUTIES: Responsible for sustaining and improving equipment performance in Thin Film section of a semiconductor manufacturing facility. Responsibilities will include: 1) working closely with Manufacturing and process and equipment engineers to achieve fab moves requirement and maintain operation line; 2) sustaining daily process, including eMUC (Electronic Manual Unload Card) recovery, maintaining in-line/off-line monitor performance to ensure process stability and wafer quality, and resolving outlier tool issues; 3) proactively applying "Stop and Fix" when seeing signals, to prevent more wafers being impacted by a potential event; 4) escalating system weakness or chronic issue for owners to follow up for continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS: Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in related Engineering discipline such as Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemistry and two (2) years of experience in a related position. Senior level Thin Film experience in a semiconductor manufacturing facility. Experience on CVD equipment such as AMAT-Centura, HDP, and Novellus-Sequel. Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.

SALARY: $112,000 - $135,480 per year
