Customer Experience Coordinator - Roofing (Office)

TSM Roofing is one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in the Phoenix Metro - and we're hiring the most important person in our office: our customers' single Point of Contact. When a homeowner's roof project starts, YOU become their person. Every question, every update, every step from signed contract to final walkthrough - they hear one friendly, organized, on-top-of-it voice: yours.

No roofing experience required. If you're organized, great on the phone, and genuinely care about people, we'll teach you everything about roofs.

What You'll Do:

- Be the single point of contact for our homeowners from project start to finish

- Call, text, and email customers with updates - on a schedule THEY choose

- Keep our CRM airtight - every note, every file, every time

- Coordinate between homeowners, our field team, and production scheduling

- Turn stressed-out homeowners into 5-star reviews

Pay Details:

- $16-$18/hour base (full-time, in-office)

- PLUS commissions tied to team collections - when the checks come in, you get paid

- Realistic first-year earnings: $40,000-$55,000
