What You'll Do:
- Start by booking free roof inspections with homeowners in storm-affected areas
- Learn the insurance claim process and how to document storm damage
- Graduate into running inspections and closing your own deals
- Eventually train and lead the reps coming up behind you
Pay Details — How You Get Paid AND How You Climb:
- Appointment Setter: Paid training. $50 per qualified lead. Hit 20 qualified leads in 14 days (about $1,500) and you graduate to Junior Rep.
- Junior Rep: % commission per deal (retail or insurance). Close 11 to make Rep.
- Rep: % commission. Close 25 total to make Senior Rep.
- Senior Rep: % full commission, plus 1% override, forever, on every rep you train and graduate.
- Draws available ($150 to $200 per claim) after you prove 20 leads in 14 days.
- 1099, uncapped — top closers on this path have topped $200K/year.
Training Provided:
Field-ready in under 1 week — roofing basics, insurance claims, sales communication and closing, and live shadowing with senior reps.
