Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing educational activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the children's growth and development.
- Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance students' overall learning experience.
- Organize and participate in classroom activities that promote creativity, critical thinking, and social skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones.
Qualifications
- Experience working with toddler-aged children in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred.
- A degree in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable.
- Skills in behavior management to effectively address various classroom situations.
- Experience in nannying or babysitting can be beneficial for understanding child care dynamics.
