2nd Shift MACHINE OPERATOR

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools such as micrometers and clamp trucks.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

• Certification or training in machine operation or manufacturing technology.
• Experience working with durable goods manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures for production equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor assembly line machinery, including press machines, mold machines, and band saws, to produce components according to specifications.
• Set up and adjust machines using tools such as micrometers and clamps to ensure precision and quality in manufacturing processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Utilize overhead cranes and clamp trucks to safely move heavy materials and components within the production area.
• Conduct deburring and finishing tasks to remove imperfections and prepare parts for the next stage of production.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
