2nd SHIFT (starting at 3PM)

Duties:
- Perform fitting and assembly tasks according to blueprints and specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine materials required and assembly instructions
- Measure and mark materials for cutting, shaping, and welding
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with welding codes and standards
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
Experience:
- Previous experience as a fitter or in a similar role is required
- Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
- Knowledge of welding techniques and processes
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
