We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries to understand customer needs
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities
- Support senior sales representatives and account managers in closing deals
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
