We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Phone Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, introducing our products/services, and converting leads into loyal clients.
Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and product information
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
- Accurately record customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and strategies
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
- Basic computer skills; experience with CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
