Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
- Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide menus
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart
- Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient seating and service
- Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness and proper set-up
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate any delays to guests
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
Skills:
- Previous experience using Revel POS or similar restaurant point-of-sale systems is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations is a plus
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
