Position Title: Voter Hotline (English)Location: Sacramento, California 95814Duration: 2 monthsWork Schedule:Regular Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMElection Day & Day Before: 6:30 AM – 8:30 PM Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Answering/returning live calls from voters regarding voting rights, polling locations, vote‐by‐mail, and election procedures.Transcribing voicemail messages and performing follow‐up communication.Data entry, proofing, filing, and mail processing.Organizing and lifting boxes as needed.Maintaining a professional, non‐partisan demeanor when interacting with voters.
