Custodian

Position Title: General Service Worker
Location: Clean City – Pino Yards 5501 Pino Ave NE, Building D
Pay rate: $14.71/hr. on w2
Duration: 3 months

Work Schedule: 7 days a week, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Mon - Fri 40hrs/week) (There is a possibility that employees may be scheduled to work on weekends. We will assign their schedules accordingly based on operational needs)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Weed trimming, crack sealing, picking up trash, and changing trash bags.
• Cleaning ramps, filling potholes, hand shoveling, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Clean and maintain work areas; remove debris and trash.
• Perform basic maintenance and landscaping tasks.
• Carry out physical labor, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, digging, and sweeping.
• Drive City pickup trucks and other City vehicles as required to transport personnel, tools, materials, and equipment between job sites.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools.
• Follow all workplace safety rules and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Set up traffic control measures (cones, barricades, and signs) as required.
• Handle materials, stock supplies, and assist with deliveries.
• Be willing to work weekends as needed.

Mandate Requirements

• Valid driving license is mandate. (Candidates must provide a copy of their driver's license on orientation day)
• The Candidates are willing and available to work on weekends
