Position Title: Licensed Master Social Worker
Location: Romulus, NY 14541
Duration: 2 Years to long term
Work Schedule: 08:00AM to 04:00PM (Mon to Fri); 40 hours a week
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans).
- Group facilitation will also be part of the expectations.
Salary : $37 - $42
