Position Overview
The Clinic Manager is responsible for the full management and coordination of Health Unit services at Artesia and serves as the Contractor’s on-site POC with the Government.
Location
- On-site: Artesia, New Mexico
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all clinic operations and service delivery
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff
- Coordinate all PWS-required services
- Serve as Government liaison at site
- Manage staffing schedules and workload
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies
- Oversee patient flow and operational efficiency
- Support reporting and coordination with PM/APM
Minimum Mandatory Qualifications (MUST HAVE)
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
