This position will be required to work out of our New Castle, DE warehouse; this is not a remote role.
In this role as Logistics Clerk Admin, you will:
- Communicate daily with transportation brokers and carriers.
- Schedule and track shipping/receiving loads
- Update system and shipping and receiving documents as needed
- Maintain files
- Complete data entry tasks
- Responsible for solving issues and discrepancies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job qualification requirements for this role:
- Previous experience with WMS or TMS system (Manhattan Preferred)
- A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- The ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- The ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Capable of working independently A bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience and knowledge of field
