Marketing Coordinator -- Demand Generation & Marketing Operations

TruVideo
Wellesley, MA Full Time
POSTED ON 10/17/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 11/16/2026

About TruVideo

TruVideo is transforming how automotive, aviation and insurance organizations use video to communicate, document and make better decisions. Our technology helps businesses capture, share and analyze visual information to improve service, reduce costs and create better customer experiences.

We're growing our marketing team and are looking for an organized, energetic Marketing Coordinator to work closely with our Senior Director of Marketing and CMO across a broad range of marketing programs.

This is an ideal role for someone with 2–3 years of marketing experience who wants to become a well-rounded B2B marketer while developing deep expertise in marketing technology, demand generation and marketing operations.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role with a lot of variety. You'll help keep marketing programs moving — from events and sales enablement to website updates, campaigns, content and marketing technology.

Over time, you'll become the day-to-day owner of HubSpot Marketing Hub, including email campaigns, forms, landing pages, workflows, lists, campaign tracking and reporting.

You don't need to be a HubSpot expert on day one. We are looking for someone who is digitally savvy, highly organized, curious and eager to become the team's HubSpot expert.

What You'll Do

Marketing Operations & HubSpot

  • Learn and ultimately own day-to-day administration and execution within HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Build and manage email campaigns, forms, landing pages, lists and basic workflows
  • Support campaign tracking, lead management and marketing reporting
  • Maintain marketing data quality and help ensure leads are properly routed to Sales
  • Work with the Senior Director of Marketing to execute demand-generation campaigns
  • Learn how Marketing Hub connects with Sales Hub and the broader revenue process

Events & Field Marketing

  • Help manage TruVideo's annual event and conference calendar
  • Coordinate event registrations, deadlines, sponsorship deliverables, booth materials, shipping, promotional items and other logistics
  • Maintain event timelines and make sure internal stakeholders have what they need before each event
  • Support pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up
  • Help track leads and results from events

Sales Enablement

  • Help create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, one-pagers, case studies, product materials and other sales tools
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to keep collateral current and organized
  • Help turn marketing content into practical tools that Sales can use with prospects and customers

Website & Digital Marketing

  • Make routine website updates and content changes
  • Help maintain website content, links, forms and calls-to-action
  • Support landing page creation and optimization
  • Coordinate with outside developers/designers when more complex changes are required
  • WordPress experience is a plus

Marketing Projects

  • Help move a wide range of marketing initiatives from idea to completion
  • Maintain project timelines, task lists and marketing calendars
  • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and outside vendors
  • Support email, social, content, product marketing and demand-generation initiatives as needed
  • Research new marketing tools, tactics and opportunities
  • Help measure and report on the performance of marketing programs

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organized, curious, digitally comfortable and willing to own things.

Required:

  • 2–3 years of professional marketing experience, ideally in B2B, technology or SaaS
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning new technology and marketing tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • A proactive, "figure it out" approach — you don't wait for someone to tell you every step

Preferred:

  • Experience with HubSpot, HubSpot Marketing Hub or another marketing automation platform
  • Experience with WordPress or another CMS
  • Experience supporting trade shows, conferences or other marketing events
  • Experience creating or managing sales collateral
  • Experience with email marketing, landing pages or digital campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce

The Person Who Will Thrive Here

This role will be a great fit if you:

  • Like having a lot of different things to work on rather than doing the same task every day
  • Are naturally organized and enjoy making sure things don't fall through the cracks
  • Are comfortable jumping between technology, events, content, website work and projects
  • Like learning new tools and figuring out how things work
  • Want increasing responsibility rather than simply executing assigned tasks
  • Enjoy working closely with Sales and Marketing
  • Want to build a career in B2B technology marketing

Why This Role Is Different

You'll work directly with experienced marketing leadership and get exposure to demand generation, marketing operations, sales enablement, events, digital marketing and B2B SaaS strategy.

The goal isn't for you to remain a coordinator.

As you learn the business and demonstrate ownership, you'll have the opportunity to take increasing responsibility for marketing programs — with HubSpot Marketing Hub becoming an important area of ownership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred, but relevant professional experience and demonstrated marketing skills are equally important.

Compensation

$65,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits.
