Insurance Agent – Growth Opportunity in a New Office
We are seeking a motivated, self-driven, and energetic Insurance Agent to join our team and help grow our new office in Compton, California. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to play a key role in expanding our presence in the community.
The right candidate will confidently manage a high volume of incoming calls, online leads, and walk-in clients, while also excelling in local marketing and outreach. Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication is highly valued, as we proudly serve a diverse community.
At TruValue Auto Insurance, we work with 12 top-rated carriers and operate from two California locations, giving you the tools, support, and resources to succeed. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow their career while helping this new office reach its full potential.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, leads, and walk-in clients with professionalism and urgency.
- Conduct client consultations to identify coverage needs and recommend the best insurance options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service.
- Present and explain insurance products clearly and effectively to clients.
- Manage renewals, policy changes, and claims support.
- Lead local store marketing initiatives, including networking, community events, and outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all insurance regulations.
Qualifications
- Sales experience required (insurance preferred but not mandatory).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable with community engagement and local marketing.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Goal-oriented, with a passion for growth and success.
