We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Gym Assistant to join our team. As a Gym Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members. You will assist with weekend operations, customer service, and gym maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist gym members and guests, providing excellent customer service.
Ensure the gym equipment is clean, functional, and properly maintained.
Assist with membership check-ins and answer general inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness of the gym floor, locker rooms, and common areas.
Monitor gym activities to ensure a safe environment and adherence to gym policies.
Support gym staff with administrative tasks and special events as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and gym operations is a plus.
Must be able to work weekend mornings.
