Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery such as CNC machines, press brake machines, and welding equipment.
- Set up machines for production runs, including loading materials and adjusting settings as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and SolidWorks designs to ensure precise fabrication.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify any issues or maintenance needs.
- Fabricate components according to specifications while maintaining quality control standards.
- Assemble parts and products as required, ensuring proper fit and functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
Skills
- Proficiency in machining processes with hands-on experience in operating various types of machinery.
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls for CNC operations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of CAD software and SolidWorks for interpreting technical drawings.
- Experience with press brake machines and welding techniques is a plus.
