What You’ll Do
- Client Leadership: Act as primary point-of-contact to lead pharma/biotechnology customers through data integration projects of various size and scope.
- Project Management: Balance and organize priorities and responsibilities tied to concurrent projects as well as supporting existing clients.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with customers and colleagues to understand business needs and translate them into preferences for data processing configuration.
- Technical Implementation:
- Establish expertise in proprietary integration technology and processes.
- Develop industry and front-end product knowledge (specifically in clinical trial oversight and patient screening workflows).
- Own file/document transfer processes from installation through support.
- Product Evolution: Work hand-in-hand with the integration product team to test and maintain existing tools as well as identify new functionalities.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot existing client configuration and contribute to general customer support.
- Documentation: Create documentation and project plans from scratch for new initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree with a 3.7 GPA or above.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, APIs, and database systems.
- Demonstrated project management and customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Organization: Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail.
