Position Overview

TruTechnologies is seeking a detail-oriented and conscientious Integrations Analyst. We are looking for an “A ” player who thrives on creative problem-solving and building meaningful client relationships. The successful candidate will flourish taking responsibility for driving these projects in a fluid startup environment. You must be able to juggle multiple concurrent projects with various timelines and stakeholders, both internal and external.

We are looking for candidates who are meticulous, responsive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for customer service, the ability to execute tasks with precision, and excellent communication and documentation skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Leadership: Act as primary point-of-contact to lead pharma/biotechnology customers through data integration projects of various size and scope.
  • Project Management: Balance and organize priorities and responsibilities tied to concurrent projects as well as supporting existing clients.
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with customers and colleagues to understand business needs and translate them into preferences for data processing configuration.
  • Technical Implementation:
    • Establish expertise in proprietary integration technology and processes.
    • Develop industry and front-end product knowledge (specifically in clinical trial oversight and patient screening workflows).
    • Own file/document transfer processes from installation through support.
  • Product Evolution: Work hand-in-hand with the integration product team to test and maintain existing tools as well as identify new functionalities.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot existing client configuration and contribute to general customer support.
  • Documentation: Create documentation and project plans from scratch for new initiatives.
What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree with a 3.7 GPA or above.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, APIs, and database systems.
  • Demonstrated project management and customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Organization: Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail.
