Trustworthy Cleaning Services is looking for an experienced and energetic Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team.
We are searching for someone with REAL experience working in field operations and janitorial/service-based companies β Experience large residential/commercial cleaning operations.
π Schedule:
Part-Time | Monday-Friday
7:00 AM β 1:00 PM
This person will play a key role in recruiting, supporting, motivating, and retaining our cleaning technicians and field staff while helping us build a strong company culture.
β Requirements:
β’ Minimum 2 consecutive years of HR experience in janitorial, cleaning, or field operations companies
β’ Bilingual English/Spanish required
β’ Advanced Excel skills
β’ Experience using Canva
β’ Strong leadership and communication skills
β’ Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
β’ Experience handling employee relations, onboarding, performance tracking, recognition programs, and disciplinary processes
β Responsibilities:
β’ Recruiting and onboarding cleaning technicians
β’ Employee retention and engagement
β’ Performance reports and employee follow-up
β’ Creating employee recognition and motivational materials using Canva
β’ Handling employee feedback and conflict resolution
β’ Supporting daily operations and company culture
β’ Assisting management with HR processes and reporting
π° Pay:
$24 - $32 per hour based on experience.
