Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to coordinate scheduling for deliveries, pickups, and warehouse appointments. This role supports daily logistics operations by ensuring efficient communication between clients, drivers, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm delivery and pickup appointments
• Coordinate dock schedules and warehouse availability
• Communicate with clients, drivers, and internal teams regarding timing and logistics
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and updates
• Adjust schedules as needed to support operational efficiency
• Provide general administrative support to logistics and operations teams
  
  

Minimum Requirements
