Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing clients to schedule consultations and services
- Confirm appointments and maintain scheduling calendars
- Follow up on inquiries and service requests
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records
- Coordinate with operations teams for appointment availability
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
- Previous customer service, scheduling, or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable handling outbound and inbound calls
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Basic computer and scheduling software skills
- Pay: $19 - $25 per hour
