TrustSphere Legal is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial minded Civil Trial Attorney to develop and litigate business, real estate, and professional-negligence cases. The ideal candidate is hungry to build a practice, comfortable taking calculated risks, and motivated by the opportunity to pursue high-value contingency-fee matters.
Responsibilities include:
- Investigating and evaluating potential contingency cases;
- Litigating claims involving professional negligence, real estate transactions, title and closing disputes, fraud, and business misconduct;
- Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and dispositive briefs;
- Taking depositions, attending hearings, negotiating settlements, and trying cases;
- Developing creative case strategies and identifying damages, insurance coverage, and viable recovery sources; and
- Helping build the firm’s contingency-litigation portfolio.
Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in Florida. Trial, deposition, or civil-litigation experience is preferred, but exceptional early-career attorneys with strong writing skills, sound judgment, and genuine courtroom ambition are encouraged to apply.
