Trustpoint.One is hiring Project Assistants – Document Intake for our client for an upcoming contract assignment. This onsite role will support various teams by handling document intake, clerical tasks, and general administrative functions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is a long-term contract role and is expected to be 3-6 months in duration and is expected to start on Thursday, 4/16/26. The schedule is 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Manage intake of mail and documents, ensuring proper logging, categorization, and accuracy
- Open and distribute incoming mail to appropriate teams for scanning and processing
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, organizing, sorting, scanning, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Enter document and mail details into tracking systems and databases
- Update records to ensure all information is accurate and current
- Draft written responses or communicate via phone/email as needed
- Support multiple projects while meeting established deadlines and guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of boxes weighing 10–35 lbs may be required
- Compensation will be 23/hr
