Overview:
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring world-class talent across technical, sales, engineering, and go-to-market functions. This role requires a proactive, resourceful recruiter who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and can balance both technical requisitions (Azure, Modern Work, Cloud Engineering, Sales Engineering) and high-volume business roles.
You will be the consultative partner to hiring managers—owning search strategy, sourcing execution, candidate experience, and selection. Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting Ownership:
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and interview strategies for technical, sales, and operational teams.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting: intake → sourcing → screening → evaluation → offer negotiation → handoff to HR/Onboarding.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Technical & Specialized Talent Acquisition:
- Recruit for specialized Microsoft cloud roles including Azure Engineers, M365/Modern Work Engineers, Sales Engineers, CSP/Cloud Licensing talent, and other technical positions.
- Conduct technical screens to assess skills, certifications, and experience relevant to Microsoft cloud technologies.
Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates using advanced sourcing methods (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry communities, GitHub, social channels, niche job boards).
- Leverage market insights to advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation expectations, and competitive landscape.
Candidate Experience & Relationship Management:
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through transparent communication and timely follow-up.
- Guide candidates through interview preparation to ensure alignment with role expectations and TrustedTech’s culture.
Process Optimization & Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the Recruiting Manager and HR to improve processes, reporting, tools, and hiring workflows.
- Assist with broader hiring initiatives, employer branding projects, and recruitment events.
- Provide weekly reporting on pipeline status, funnel health, and hiring progress.
Offer Management & Onboarding Support:
- Present compensation packages, negotiate offers, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the closing process.
- Partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding transitions for new hires.
Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2 years recruiting for technical or cloud-focused roles.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing candidates in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Slack/Communities, or CRM sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystem roles (Azure, M365, Modern Work, Cloud Engineering, Licensing, GTM roles).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Coachable, feedback-receptive, adaptable, and comfortable pivoting priorities quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable with high-volume phone/video screening and outbound sourcing expectations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate candidate quality objectively.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications (nice-to-haves):
- Experience recruiting within a Microsoft CSP, MSP, VAR, or SaaS environment.
- Understanding of Microsoft certifications (AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900, AZ-104, etc.) and their relevance to technical roles.
- Experience building technical assessments or screen questions for cloud engineering roles.
- Experience supporting employer brand initiatives or recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and salary structuring.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive hiring decisions.
- High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills.

Working Environment & Compensation Details:
- Type: Onsite role, Monday – Friday (UCI Research Park)
- Working Hours: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm OR 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Salary Range (Exempt): $80K - $90K base salary annually
- Incentive Bonus: $10K– $15K annually(awarded based on performance and successful achievement of the variable compensation plan)
